A booking form will be sent and upon receipt of the completed form and a non-refundable deposit of £50, your booking is secure.

The balance of your rental must be paid 8 weeks before the start of your holiday together with a refundable security deposit of £100. Should a booking be made within 8 weeks of the start of the holiday, the full rental must be paid at the time of booking.

Rental

The weekly rental includes all electricity for cooking, lighting and water heating in summer; oil for the central heating boiler; all bed linen and all bath, hand and tea towels. Clean linen and towels are provided weekly but guests intending to swim are kindly asked to bring their own swimming towels. There is a telephone for guests' use but we would appreciate a contribution towards the cost of outgoing calls.

We charge the same rate all year round as we believe that seasonal variations are unfair to potential visitors to our home.

The rental for 2008 is £600 per week.
